Sports Administrator
Redlands, Brisbane, QLD
Unique opportunity to join this growing 1,200-member strong sporting club in the Redlands, Queensland. Established more than 100 years ago this club is at the heart of the local community offering a full suite of diverse sporting programs for all ages. You will help coordinate teams of beginners right through to those currently competing in the highest tier available in the state.
This is a super-fast paced role with a wide variety of duties including but not limited to:

This position is remunerated at $60-70K + super commensurate to experience. The position is 38hrs/wk. The hours required will vary based on needs. This can be negotiated as part of the recruitment process. However, as a guide an 11am – 7pm shift 4 days across Mon-Fri + work on a Saturday during the busy fixture season of the year would be ideal. It is essential that you can be flexible with your hours.

- Membership registrations
- Coach, manager, referee coordination and support
- Fixture coordination and scheduling
- Stakeholder management – internal and external
- Governing Body policy, procedures and reporting
- Club Managers administration support
- Stock management
- Social media and website content
To be successful in the role you would ideally have experience in:
- Previous club sports administration
- High volume, fast paced and large membership base
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media content creation
- Working in a multitask role with many competing priorities
- Genuine love of sport
