Community Focused Banking Organisation was established in 1964. Their mission has been to help improve the financial well-being of their Members, providing an exclusive alternative to banking. Assisting those in the community who serve and protect Queensland and their families.
The Contact Centre is located at its headquarters in North Quay, Brisbane CBD.
They are looking to engage individuals who have a passion for providing an excellent customer experience to join their team of Member Services Consultants. Assisting their members with their financial requirements and provide exemplary customer service supporting them to achieve their financial goals and commitments.

- Full-time roles working between 7:45am - 4:45pm Monday to Friday

About the role:
The position will see you providing exceptional service to all members in an inbound service environment. This is a high-volume call management working with members to assist them in financial planning and daily banking.
What you will bring to the role:
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service
- Customer contact experience is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Emotional intelligence
- A great team player collaborative and supportive of others
Induction training will be provided for 3 weeks where you will learn systems, processes and procedures. There will also be ongoing support and development thereafter.
