We have full-time temporary positions available within their investigations team based out at Brisbane airport.
The Position:
Working in the investigations team you will be trying to find the location of freight using various online tools & tracking features and will be updating internal systems with investigation findings. Within the role you may be required to make outbound calls to customers as well asinternal and external stakeholders to support findings.
To be successful in the role we are seeking vibrant, energetic, and fun-loving people to join our team who possess the following attributes:
- Previous Customer Service experience and a genuine passion for service excellence in a high volume environment
- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
- High Attention to detail
- Fantastic problem solving skills
- Sound computer skills including excel
- High levels of reliability and accountability
- Can-Do attitude
- The ability to commit to the entire assignment and a strong desire to eventually move to permanent placement.
Position Details:
- Commencing ASAP
- $39.20/hr + Super
- Duration is for 3 with possibility of extension
- Brisbane airport location with onsite parking - Minimal public transport options so reliable vehicle is a MUST
- Working 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday
