The Position:
Manage inbound and outbound calls from families seeking early childhood education services. This can include booking families into center visits, talking through payment options and pricing as well as general information provision. In a scripted environment, speaking to customers with an empathetic tone who have already shown an interest in the companies options. After some time in the role, you may be required to make occasional warm outbound calls.
To be successful in the role:
- Previous experience in a contact center environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and warmth when dealing with customers
- The ability to learn on the job and adapt to new systems quickly
- Reliability and maturity
What is on offer:
- Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (with a 5pm finish on Fridays!)
- Full Time & Part Time permanent roles renumerated at $60,000 + superannuation
