Our client is a global, publicly listed organisation driving considerable change in their industry. With a genuine passion for putting people first, we are actively recruiting for customer service professionals to join our outbound collections team.


As they continue to expand their contact centre, we are actively seeking service professionals with exceptional service and results focused on joining our existing, well-established team.


The role will see you making outbound calls to clients and occasional inbound calls to resolve outstanding debts with genuine empathy and care to receive payment or establish the best path to resolution. You will ensure all tasks, including administration, are in compliance with corporate, industry, and government processes and regulations.


The Centre operates between 9.00am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday with no weekend work. After 4 weeks of induction training, you will work Monday to Friday, 11am to 7 pm, for the foreseeable future based out of impressive offices in the Brisbane CBD close to all transport options. There will be opportunities to work both in the office and from home after the 6 month probation period.


These roles are expected to commence on Monday, 23 September.
