- Chermside Location - Immediate Start for 6 months
- $40-45p/h + Super
- Monday to Friday Business Hours
The role will involve:
- Conducting customer interviews, referrals and assessments for support services and housing applications
- Tenancy & Property Management
- Complaint Resolution
- General Administration duties
- Using a fleet vehicle to travel to locations and perform property inspections
- QLD full car licence
- High level customer service experience (face to face and on phone)
- Proven resilience in difficult customer interactions
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads and priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role or within property management is favourable
- Suits social work or Employment Consultant backgrounds
The role offers an hourly rate of $40-45p/hr + Super, working 36.25hrs/wk during normal business hours, Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
