Job description

  • Chermside Location - Immediate Start for 6 months
  • $40-45p/h + Super 
  • Monday to Friday Business Hours 
Our client is a State Government Department seeking A03 Customer Service Officers to provide a broad range of face to face applicant, tenancy and property management services and advice to customers with complex support needs, advocates and other stakeholders.



The role will involve:


  • Conducting customer interviews, referrals and assessments for support services and housing applications
  • Tenancy & Property Management
  • Complaint Resolution
  • General Administration duties 
  • Using a fleet vehicle to travel to locations and perform property inspections
The successful candidate will have:


  • QLD full car licence 
  • High level customer service experience (face to face and on phone)
  • Proven resilience in difficult customer interactions
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously 
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workloads and priorities 
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within property management is favourable
  • Suits social work or Employment Consultant backgrounds

The role offers an hourly rate of $40-45p/hr + Super, working 36.25hrs/wk during normal business hours, Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
