As a Customer Operations Officer you will deliver quality customer service to customers and stakeholders across Queensland. This role will expand your knowledge of EQL distribution business and connect you with diverse stakeholders.
 
Your daily activities will be managing a variety of basic and complex customer enquiries in our Contact Centre over the phone and via other multi-channel communication methods of chat and email. Delivering an efficient and quality customer service is critical to the role, as well as ensuring performance targets are achieved.

  • *$93,092 start plus 14.75% super with regular incremental increases in line with newly attained skills/knowledge that can reach up to $132k*

  • The Contact Centre is located in North Rockhampton; core business hours are 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. You will work 40hrs per week with the flexibility required to work additional paid ‘on call’ shifts. Individual rosters will rotate within these hours. 

 

The start date is Monday 23rd September, and the positions will be a 2-year fixed term contract. We want the best and recognise the need to provide 2 weeks’ notice periods for the best of the best!
