Northgate Location onsite and street parking available

Monday to Friday 9am 5pm

Temp assignment - $49.40/hr + Super

Our client is a State Government Statutory Authority that administers a portable long-service leave scheme for eligible workers in the building & construction industry, regardless of whether they work on different projects for one or more employers.

The Role:


These positions will manage inbound calls via the Contact Centre as well as assisting with the data input and updating of members' information along with the processing of submitted claims.


  • Managing inbound calls in the CC - addressing enquiries and providing information
  • Solving problems and resolving complaints in a high-volume inbound environment
  • Reviewing data entered for accuracy and amending accordingly.
  • Actioning regular backups to guarantee that data entered is secured.
  • Collaborating with colleagues with requested data or information requests
  • Attention to detail and accuracy essential
  • Acknowledge and comply with all data integrity, department processes and policies
  • Keep all information confidential

We have multiple roles available commencing on 3rd March an initial 6-week period with strong options to extend subject to business demands and performance. Potential opportunity to move to our clients payroll on contract or permanently.

  • Strong typing speed along with accuracy

  • The ability to work in a structured environment with a dedicated team
  • The flexibility and adaptability to commence in an administrative role and the progress to a full inbound Contact Centre role based on performance and business needs (not negotiable).
