Our client is a State Government Statutory Authority that administers a portable long-service leave scheme for eligible workers in the building & construction industry, regardless of whether they work on different projects for one or more employers.
The Role:
These positions will commence with tasks where you will be assisting with the data input and updating of members' information along with the processing of submitted claims.
- Reviewing data entered for accuracy and amending accordingly.
- Actioning regular backups to guarantee that data entered is secured.
- Collaborating with colleagues with requested data or information requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Acknowledge and comply with all data integrity, department processes and policies
- Keep all information confidential
Subject to business demands and on-the-job performance, there will be a requirement for staff to progress to a Client Service Officer role within the Contact Centre, taking inbound calls, providing information, solving problems and resolving complaints in a high-volume inbound environment.
We have multiple roles available commencing on 13 January for an initial 6-week period with strong options to extend to at least 30 June 2025 or beyond and the opportunity to move to our clients payroll on contract or permanently.

- The ability to work in a structured environment with a dedicated team
- The flexibility and adaptability to commence in an administrative role and the progress to a full inbound Contact Centre role based on performance and business needs (not negotiable).
