Our client, a vocational education leader is seeking multiple Administration Support Officers to work in their Trade Specialist sector. As an Administration Officer you will be key to the successful enrolment, maintenance and ongoing support for students on various training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student enrolment processing and maintenance
- General administrative support duties - filing, photocopying
- Support course preparation
- Student management systems database and maintenance
- Word processing, spreadsheets and data entry
These roles are temporary positions available for a start immediately with a duration initially to 21st of February. You will work full-time hours 36.25hrs/wk during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
The position is based at Acacia Ridge with parking available onsite.
