What will you do?
You will be providing administration support as required for the Commercial, Finance, Customer Service and HR functions and serving as the point of contact for building Repair & Maintenance, Co-coordinating third party suppliers, contractors, vendors.
When will you do it?
Looking for an immediate start, you will be based in the Brisbane CBD working predominantly between 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
What will you bring to the role?
- Previous experience in a customer service environment - You must be insanely customer centric and have a genuine desire to go out of your way to support your customer.
- Highly motivated with a 'go-getter' attitude.
- Time management including the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet set deadlines and goals.
- Previous reception or PA experience will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
