Our client is the leading global provider of digital and physical information management services with corporate offices all around the world. The company provides storage solutions for ever growing amounts of information with compliance and regulatory requirements in mind.
The Position:
Assisting the team to organise and dispatch fleet vehicles across Australia working out the best routes for their pick-up/drop offs. This role is a high volume data entry and administration position requiring internal phone communication to other teams and drivers.
To be successful in the role:
- Previous experience in logistics will be favoured
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence and resilience when communicating over the phone
- The ability to learn on the job and adapt to new systems quickly
- Reliability
- A flexible and adaptable attitude with high levels of self motivation and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals
